What vnc port number will be assigned if system id is greater then 61635?

Hi!,
When dealing with VNC, OpenNebula will try first to allocate base_port (5900 by default) + vmid. If this port is not free the first lower port from the 5900 port is used. Maximum port would be as you may now 65535.
