I am trying to test OpenNebula (5.7.80) using glusterfs (5.3) as system and image datastore. Gluster is mounted on top of LVM which uses a VDO device for deduplication.
II am able to downloads images from the market which are stored regularly to the image datastore.
But every time a new VM is instantiated, the VM hangs up and gluster gets dismounted from the virtualization host. Lot of error and warnings from gluster.
Using gluster without VDO, everything is running smoothly and without any problem.
Operating system: CentOS 7.6
Hypervisor: kvm
Steps to reproduce:
use the datastores with gluster mounted on top of a vdo device.
